Questions restaurants often ask
Does it cost anything to list my restaurant?
Restaurants using SakuraRegi pay no additional monthly fee for Sakura Meshi. If separate costs apply for your payment methods or equipment, we will explain them after you apply.
I already use SakuraRegi. Is there an extra monthly fee?
No. Listing and online ordering on Sakura Meshi are included with your SakuraRegi contract.
Can I apply if I don't use SakuraRegi?
Yes. Because Sakura Meshi takes orders through SakuraRegi, we will guide you through adopting SakuraRegi together with Sakura Meshi. Choose "Not yet using" or "Planning to adopt" on the form.
How do online orders reach me?
When an order comes in, a notification email is sent to your restaurant's registered address and the order is registered in SakuraRegi. For restaurants set to auto-accept, SakuraRegi is also notified automatically.
Can orders print on my kitchen printer?
For restaurants set to auto-accept, a print notification is sent to SakuraRegi when an order is accepted. Whether it prints in your setup depends on your printer environment, which we confirm after you apply.
Do you support online payment?
Online payment on Sakura Meshi is not currently available. Customers pay the restaurant at pickup or delivery, and the payment methods you set are shown to them.
Which restaurants can join?
Restaurants that can serve customers by pickup or delivery. Delivery is carried out by the restaurant, and you set your own delivery area, fee and minimum order.
What happens after I apply?
After you submit the form, our team contacts you. We confirm your details and terms, set up the SakuraRegi link, register your menu, run a test order and then go live.
